Ferrari store at Nurburgring circuit in Germany
Ferrari has recently announced it has launched a new retail store on the grounds of the Nurburgring race track. Felipe Massa and Kimi Raikkonen had the privilege of cutting the ribbon, opening it to the public. The store offers a wide range of Ferrari licensed merchandise, and also offers facilities such as a relaxation lounge, as well as a business meeting area. The 240 square foot building is at track level, and was designed by Studio Iosa Ghini, an architecture firm. The Zender Group, owners of the Mulheim-Karlich Ferrari dealership have been given the honor and responsibility of running the shop.
The Nurburgring Ferrari Store joins the other prestige Prancing Horse retail locations around the world, including those in Milan, Rome and Venice (Italy), London (UK), Barcelona (Spain), San Francisco and Miami (USA), Macao (China) and Abu Dhabi (UAE). The Ferrari Store development programme includes plans to bring the number of openings to more than 40 over the next three years in Europe, America, and the Middle and Far East.
